Individual Realtor
If you've just placed your real estate license with a broker who is a member of NEFAR, you are also required to join NEFAR. To begin, download the Individual Realtor Application Packet. In it, you'll find everything you need to join NEFAR and/or the NEFMLS, including the required forms and dues information.
New Realtor Firm
If you're the broker of a new real estate firm and want to join NEFAR, you'll need the Office (New Realtor Firm) Application Packet. It contains all of the information, including fee information and requirements, to launch your new firm with NEFAR.
Affiliate / Business Partner Member
If you are in an allied field (not a real estate firm) and want to join NEFAR, we welcome you! NEFAR's affiliate members - also referred to as NEFAR Business Partners - comprise a wide variety of industries, including mortgage/banking, pest control, attorneys, interior design, builders, title companies, home inspectors and much more. To recognize the value of our affiliate members/business partners and help drive traffic to your business, we provide FREE web links to your company website in our NEFAR Business Partners section. To become a NEFAR affiliate/business partner member, please download and complete the Affiliate/Business Partner Application Packet.
NEFMLS Personal Assistants / Office Administrators
Licensed Personal Assistants and Office Administrators are required to be full members of both NEFAR and NEFMLS unless their license is held under a non-member referral company. That referral company must be registered and validated with NEFAR for approval. Unlicensed Personal Assistants and Office Administrators may have their own MLS login that requires a token, however, their access is limited to the MLS data and searching capabilities of their employer. This situation is referred to as super user access.
